Overview We are a transaction management and digital support company looking for a dependable Virtual Assistant to help with Canva graphics, social media posting, and light Go High Level tasks. This role is system-driven, repeatable, and perfect for someone who enjoys organized workflows and clean visuals. Responsibilities Create Canva product images and social graphics using provided templates Prepare and schedule social media posts for our transaction coordination business Post and schedule content inside Go High Level Apply tags, update contacts, and move opportunities in pipelines Follow SOPs and posting checklists consistently Required Skills Strong Canva experience (portfolio required) Experience posting to Facebook and Instagram Working knowledge of Go High Level (social planner, contacts, tags, or pipelines) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Real estate or transaction coordination experience Experience with CRMs or marketing platforms Familiarity with SOP-based workflows Hours & Budget Part-time to start (5–10 hours per week) Hourly rate: $5–$8/hour depending on experience Opportunity for long-term work How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: A Canva portfolio link A brief description of what tasks you’ve personally completed inside Go High Level The word SYSTEMS at the top of your proposal Applications missing any of the above will not be reviewed.
