We are looking for a highly skilled and creative AI-powered Video Editor and Content Creator to produce engaging, high-retention content for social media and YouTube. The ideal candidate must be comfortable using modern AI tools to enhance editing speed, storytelling, and overall production quality. Responsibilities: Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with strong hooks and high retention. Produce long-form YouTube videos (educational, storytelling, commercial, or documentary style). Use AI tools for editing, voice-over, script enhancement, video generation, animations, or effects. Transform simple ideas, scripts, or raw clips into polished, professional videos. Develop visually clean, modern, premium-style content. Propose creative ideas, viral concepts, and strategic improvements. Requirements: Proven experience editing videos for brands or online creators. Strong skills in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Runway, Descript, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar. Ability to produce fast, high-quality content with minimal supervision. Understanding of trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Creativity, strong communication, and attention to detail. Nice to Have: Strong storytelling and pacing skills. Experience with AI-based visual effects or animations (VFX). Ability to create high-converting thumbnails using AI.
