We are looking for two professional, responsible, and results-oriented appointment setters to join our sales team. We are looking for high-energy individuals with excellent communication skills and experience contacting cold and warm leads, who are capable of initiating conversations, nurturing relationships, and scheduling qualified appointments for our team of closers. This position is 100% commission-based, ideal for individuals who enjoy earning based on performance and want to grow within an expanding agency. Responsibilities Contact cold, warm, and hot leads via WhatsApp and phone calls. Follow up on unanswered leads and maintain a constant flow of conversation. Pre-qualify leads according to our system (pain points, interest, financial authority). Schedule qualified meetings for the agency's closers. Update the CRM with each interaction (Go High Level). Meet weekly goals for contacts, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments. Maintain daily communication with the Sales Director and the team.
