Atender, programar y coordinar los servicios para clientes de Aerolíneas e Institucionales, desde la solicitud de la materia prima hasta el abordaje o entrega del servicio, dentro de unos criterios de calidad y productividad, incluyendo las referentes a las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura. Efectuar la toma de servicios. 2) Efectuar la distribución de tareas del personal a cargo. 3) Solicitar materia prima para la producción de servicios adicionales. 4) Velar por el buen uso de las materias primas e insumos. 5) Supervisar la producción en proceso y terminada 6) Identificar el producto no conforme, definir su destino, e informar a jefe inmediato e inspectoras de calidad para ser diligenciando el respectivo registro de Producto no conforme 7) Supervisar el cumplimiento de los parámetros para limpieza y desinfección, a fin de disminuir los riesgos de contaminación de productos, equipos y superficies 8) Control del rendimiento del personal en cuanto a cumplimiento, eficiencia y calidad.
