Freelance role, 7 days per week Work window from 12 in the afternoon to 12 in the night Paid based on actual hours worked Overview We are hiring a Spanish speaking loan collection specialist to manage a portfolio of overdue borrowers. The role involves contacting borrowers, completing scheduled follow ups, and keeping records updated. Work happens within a fixed window from 12 in the afternoon to 12 in the night. You will be paid for the actual hours you work. Responsibilities Daily outreach • Begin contacting delinquent borrowers at 12 in the afternoon • Reach out to 10 to 15 assigned borrowers • Log responses and outcomes in the tracking sheet Follow ups • Conduct follow up attempts every 3 hours during the work window • Contact borrowers using the approved communication channels • Update records after each round of outreach Portfolio management • Mark each borrower as paid, partial paid, promised to pay, or no response • Flag borrowers who need escalation • Maintain clear and accurate notes for each case Requirements • Must be available every day during the 12 to 12 work window • Dependable internet and phone access • Strong communication and record keeping skills • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on schedule Work structure Tasks occur at scheduled times within the 12 hour window. You are expected to be available to complete each scheduled duty and accurately report the time spent.
