Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Un representante de operaciones de servicio será responsable de tareas administrativas relacionadas con la asistencia al cliente en el departamento de servicio. Algunos ejemplos de estas tareas incluyen la elaboración de cotizaciones, facturación, análisis de aprobaciones, solicitudes de repuestos, gestión de órdenes de servicio, contacto con el cliente (correo/telefono) y asistencia interna al cliente. Otro rol sería el de actuar como Conserje, coordinando instalaciones y capacitaciones para cada nuevo instrumento vendido. Como parte de las plataformas a utilizar se encuentran el CRM (gestión de contacto con clientes) y JDE (E1) (plataforma operativa). Requisitos: Licenciatura concluída Experiencia en atención al cliente (máximo 3 años) Inglés o portugués deseable Capacidad de ser gestionado de manera remota y habilidades blandas que permitan la interacción con diferentes regiones y departamentos.
