Overview Ninja Tropic is an established eLearning and instructional design studio serving associations, nonprofits, healthcare, and education organizations. We are seeking an experienced SEO strategist to diagnose current performance issues and help design a long-term, sustainable SEO and link-building strategy. This is not a one-off “fix my SEO” task. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, explain tradeoffs clearly, and help us build authority in a competitive B2B niche. What We’re Looking For We are specifically interested in an SEO professional who can: Conduct a deep, end-to-end SEO audit, including: Technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site structure, Core Web Vitals if relevant) Content and keyword alignment (intent, topical coverage, gaps) Backlink profile analysis (quality, relevance, link equity distribution) Internal linking and authority flow Identify root causes of underperformance (not surface-level symptoms) Provide prioritized recommendations with rationale and expected impact Design or advise on a link-building strategy that is: Relevant to B2B / eLearning / associations Authority-driven (not volume-based) Sustainable and compliant with best practices Advise on whether link building should be: Built internally Outsourced Or supported through a hybrid approach
