- Senior Visual Designer
- What’s the role?
- We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer who combines strong visual craft with a systems-thinking mindset. In this role, you’ll create cohesive, scalable design solutions across web experiences, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and quality from concept through final delivery.
- You will partner closely with UX, Product, Development, and Program teams, translating ideas into pixel-perfect designs that align to existing design systems while helping evolve them over time. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with precision, and who enjoys collaborating across disciplines to bring polished digital experiences to life.
- This role is key in connecting visual consistency across pages and components, supporting phased design migrations, and ensuring users experience a seamless interface end-to-end.
- What will you do?
- Create high-quality visual designs across web experiences (layout, color, typography, hierarchy, and interaction).
- Work within an established design system and help support its evolution over time.
- Deliver pixel-perfect assets from concept through final handoff to Development.
- Ensure visual consistency across platforms, devices, and components.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Program teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned.
- Present and communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
- Support sprint-based delivery while also handling ad-hoc design needs when required.
- Help ensure smooth UI transitions during design system updates or migrations.
- What do we expect from you?
- Technical (Must-Have)
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (components, libraries, prototyping, design systems).
- Strong mastery of visual design principles and best practices.
- Experience designing within large-scale digital ecosystems.
- Ability to create cohesive UI across complex flows.
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English (B2 - C1 level)
- Nice to Have
- Experience working with CMS-driven websites.
- Familiarity with design system implementation at scale.
- Experience working with web teams and understanding platform constraints.
- Soft Skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable presenting work and participating in workshops.
- Clear, structured communicator.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to both sprint-based work and urgent requests.
