We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Performance Video Editor who specialises in Meta ads, UGC-style talking-head edits, dynamic captions, motion text, and performance-driven cutdowns. We film actor-delivered videos and need someone who can turn raw footage into high-converting Meta ads with fast turnaround and multiple variations for creative testing. This role starts part-time and expands as our ad spend scales. ⭐ What You Will Do Edit UGC-style talking-head videos for Meta Add dynamic captions, motion text, highlight overlays, and graphics Integrate b-roll and screen recordings (website walkthroughs) Produce hook variations, CTA variants, and cutdowns (6s/10s/15s) Optimise pacing for scroll-stop and retention Deliver creative outputs for A/B testing Work closely with our Performance Creative Strategist ⭐ What Success Looks Like Fast, clean, punchy direct-response edits 24–48 hr turnaround per edit or variation 5–8 creative outputs weekly (initially) Scaling to 10–14+ outputs weekly as spend grows Smooth communication and consistent delivery Strong execution of scripts/hooks provided to you High-quality performance-focused variations ⭐ Required Skills (Mandatory) You must be strong in: Direct-response editing for Meta ads UGC talking-head editing Motion text + dynamic caption overlays 24–48 hour turnaround time If your experience is primarily cinematic, YouTube, weddings, or corporate video, this role is not suitable. We need proven performance editors. ⭐ Preferred Skills (Not required but highly valued) Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve CapCut Pro for rapid UGC variation edits After Effects for light motion graphics Strong understanding of Meta ad creative fatigue Experience producing multiple variations per concept Experience with b-roll sourcing and integration Experience editing ads for SaaS, automotive, fintech, or lead-gen ⭐ Hours & Availability Start: 10–15 hours per week Scale: 20–30+ hours per week as we increase spend Must overlap with Perth, Australia (AWST) for communication ⭐ Compensation Hourly Range: 👉 $25/hr to $45/hr USD Long-term position with growth opportunity.
