As a member of the Rockwell Automation IT organization, you will join our transformation journey as we seek to improve and push boundaries. Reporting to the Technical Leader - Solutions Configuration & Quote, the PM / Scrum Master has responsibility for coaching the team on Agility and accountability for the effectiveness of the team. You will be a Servant Leader who helps the team achieve its goals through Agile SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and Rockwell practices. You will work with multiple ITSM leaders to plan and complete deliverables on time and under budget. Main Responsibilities: · You will use Agile frameworks and practices to achieve team goals. · Helps team to self-organize and self-manage while understanding, teaching and coaching Agile and Lean principles. · You will lead quarterly PI Planning for the project and team portfolio · You will document Epics, User Stories, Tasks and Dependency details · Help Agile teams identify, avoid and eliminate dependencies with other teams and communicate the status of these dependencies. · You will manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives · You will ensure adherence to Rockwell standards in Jira and Jira Align · You will plan, communicate change management requests · You will coordinate implementation and delivery with internal and external teams · Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to identify best practices and lessons learned to increase team and program performance through communities of practice · You will communicate project status to all levels · Ensure that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver end-user experience The Essentials - You Will Have: · Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree · 2+ years of experience in Technology Engineering, Technology Operations, or Software Development role · 2+ years of experience in a Project Management or Scrum Master role · 2+ years of experience managing complex projects with multi-function teams · 2+ years of experience with Jira and Jira Align · Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban. · Experience in systems development lifecycle.
