We are looking for a Sales Trainer to own the development, coaching, and continuous improvement of our cold calling agents, with a strong emphasis on real estate sales conversations. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for training, coaching, and performance optimization of cold caller agents. This role focuses on weekly script practice, live role-play sessions, script development, and performance reporting, ensuring agents are confident, consistent, and conversion-focused. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not theoretical sales coaching.
