About the Role - My name's Zach - I run a fast-growing email/SMS marketing agency working with eCommerce brands. I need someone who can keep our sales operations tight while taking on the small-but-critical tasks that free up founder time. This is a role for someone who likes structure, clarity, and making things run smoothly. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day Sales Operations (Primary) - Turn call notes into clean, accurate proposals - Prepare audit slides (screenshots, formatting, clear insights) - Draft follow-up emails with concise, professional writing - Update Close CRM: stages, notes, tasks, next steps - Keep the sales pipeline organized and ensure nothing slips - Handle call confirmations, scheduling, and reminders - Pull weekly pipeline summaries with action items Founder Support (Secondary) - Organize Google Drive assets, docs, and templates - Format internal materials to look clean and consistent - Assist with client onboarding and handoff documentation - Help prepare simple lead magnets or marketing resources - Gather social media data, transcripts, screenshots, and research - Delegate tasks in Asana and keep simple processes updated Who You Are - Excellent written English (non-negotiable) - Organized, detail-oriented, and fast with digital tools - Able to manage work independently with minimal oversight - Reliable, consistent, and deadline-driven - Available for some U.S. hour overlap - Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Bonus Skills - CRM experience - Sales support or operations background - Familiarity with eCommerce or email marketing Compensation: $1,200/month (full-time) + Performance bonuses after month one Long-term role (12+ months) If you love turning chaos into clean systems and being the operator behind a fast-moving founder, apply here.
