Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Regulatory Compliance Services in the Energy Sector Job Description: We’re looking for a proactive and engaging Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Your mission will be to convert inbound leads into qualified appointments for our Account Executives. You’ll be the first point of contact, responsible for educating prospects about the EBEWE regulations and other regulatory compliance services in the energy sector, sparking their interest, and creating a sense of urgency around our solutions. Responsibilities: ✅ Handle inbound leads via email, phone, and SMS. ✅ Book appointments with decision-makers and stakeholders. ✅ Explain the EBEWE regulations and related compliance requirements in an easy-to-understand way, highlighting why they’re important for their business, their clients, and the environment. ✅ Build credibility and trust, sharing our track record and proven solutions. ✅ Spark interest and generate urgency so leads see the value of taking the next step. ✅ Provide consistent updates on your activities and pipeline status. By providing clear information and creating a strong first impression, you lay the foundation for trust and action. Requirements: Must Have: ✔️ Fluent English. ✔️ 2+ years of experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or in sales/lead qualification. ✔️ Ability to explain technical or regulatory topics simply. ✔️ Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection. ✔️ Familiarity with CRMs and soft phone software. ✔️ Availability to work 20–35 hours weekly. ✔️ Good time management and the ability to work unsupervised. ✔️ Experience handling a pipeline and managing multiple prospects simultaneously. Nice to Have: ✨ Experience in technical sales or complex negotiations. ✨ Experience working with legal products and services. ✨ Fluent English and conversational Spanish.
