ABOUT US We are a boutique IT consulting firm specializing in fixed-price diagnostic roadmaps, IT architecture assessments, PMO in a box, ERP and application rationalization, vendor and RFP packs, and turnaround audits. We work directly with Presidents, Owners, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, IT Directors, and PMO leadership teams across North America. We deliver senior expertise, fixed price clarity, and fast results without the overhead of large consulting firms. THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive and client-focused BDR who can own the early relationship with prospects. This includes responding to warm engagement, running 15 minute discovery calls, booking strategic fit sessions, supporting proposal preparation, and managing the SOW signature process. This role fits someone who communicates exceptionally well, learns fast, and feels comfortable speaking with senior executives. Hours will increase as booked calls and sales pipeline activity grow. You must be available to work during US time zones. WHAT YOU WILL DO Warm Engagement and Pipeline Management - Respond quickly to warm replies from Apollo email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach through Expandi. - Send follow-up messages, nurture conversations, and book discovery calls. - Perform light outbound calling only when a prospect has shown engagement. - Track communication and progress accurately. Discovery and Qualification - Run structured 15 minute discovery calls to assess fit and understand business issues. - Document insights clearly. - Book strategic fit sessions with the senior consultant for qualified prospects. Proposal and SOW Coordination - Support proposal preparation. - Join proposal presentations with the senior consultant. - Manage communication and follow-up until SOW signature. - Support AR follow-up and track all payments. - Earn commission on all cash received for the SOW. Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact from first engagement until the SOW is signed. - Maintain a high level of professionalism with senior executives. - Ensure smooth handoff to the delivery team. - Self-Improvement and Coaching - Review meeting recordings and coaching notes in Fathom. - Identify gaps and improve performance without waiting for reminders. All actions are completed from your side, and we never request credentials. KEY KPIs - Conversion from Discovery Calls to Strategic Fit Sessions. - Conversion from Strategic Fit Sessions to Proposals. - Conversion from Proposals to Signed SOWs. - Response time targets for warm replies and follow ups. - Quality of CRM notes and pipeline accuracy. - Show up rates for all booked calls. REQUIRED SKILLS & TRAITS Essential - Exceptional English communication at the C1 or C2 level. - Experience speaking with senior leaders such as Presidents, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Directors. - Strong communication and active listening abilities. - Confident and clear presence on calls. - Self driven mentality and ability to take initiative. - Ability to learn new tools such as Apollo, Expandi, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. - High attention to detail. - Reliable internet connection. - Ability to work during US hours. Strong Nice to Have - Experience in IT consulting, ERP, PMO, integrations, or technology services. - Past BDR experience in high-ticket B2B consulting. - Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPICED, or GPCT. COMPENSATION Hourly Rate - Based on experience at the intermediate or senior BDR level. - Hours increase as pipeline activity grows. Commission - 5 percent commission on all cash received for each signed SOW. - Paid when funds reach our account. - Includes both upfront and final project payments. Example A 20,000 USD project with 10,000 USD upfront and 10,000 USD final payment results in 1,000 USD total commission for you.
