Job Description We are looking for a HubSpot-savvy Revenue Operations Specialist to help implement our internal RevOps system inside client HubSpot accounts. You’ll be responsible for building workflows, automations, sequences, pipeline stages, lifecycle rules, and nurture follow-up logic based on our existing playbooks. This is a technical operations role, not a marketing or content-writing position. If you have experience setting up HubSpot workflows, sales pipelines, lead routing, automation logic, and nurture sequences, you’ll be a great fit. Responsibilities You will implement our RevOps playbook, including: HubSpot Workflow & Automation Setup Build multi-step workflows (if/then logic, delays, triggers, re-enrollment) Configure lead routing and assignment rules Set up lifecycle stage + deal stage automation Create tasks, task queues, and internal notifications Implement no-show, proposal follow-up, and revival workflows Build long-term nurture + lead recycling workflows Pipeline & CRM Configuration Create + customize pipelines (stages, properties, rules) Build custom contact/company properties Cleanup and structure CRM data when needed Ensure data integrity across workflows Nurture & Sequence Deployment Load provided email templates and SMS into sequences Assign correct enrollment triggers Ensure contacts exit sequences when they reply or convert Integration Support Map API/integration fields (HubSpot ↔ GHL/Apollo/Zapier/etc.) Ensure data flows correctly between systems Quality Assurance Test all workflows before going live Prevent workflow loops, duplicates, or broken logic Troubleshoot enrollment issues Required Skills You MUST have proven experience in: ✔ HubSpot Workflows (intermediate–advanced) ✔ CRM automation logic ✔ Sales pipeline setup ✔ Deal + lifecycle stage management ✔ Lead assignment + routing ✔ Data hygiene + property management ✔ Nurture + follow-up automation ✔ Technical logic / operations mindset Bonus (not required): Experience in RevOps Familiarity with GoHighLevel or Salesforce Experience building outbound or nurture systems Understanding of B2B sales processes
