RL TOWING LLC is a fast-growing towing and roadside assistance company committed to providing reliable, timely, and professional service to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our team and keep operations running smoothly. No experience required we will train! Spanish speaker preferred, but not required! Job Description: (Remote) As a Towing Dispatcher/Customer Representative, you will coordinate tow truck drivers, handle incoming service requests, and ensure prompt and efficient service for our clients. You are the central communication point between drivers, clients, and our office. Responsibilities: Receive and respond to customer calls for towing and roadside assistance. Assign and dispatch tow truck drivers based on location, availability, and priority. Track drivers and update customers on estimated arrival times. Provide excellent customer service and professional communication at all times. Requirements: Spanish speaker is preferred but not required. (Basic Spanish is fine.) Non-Spanish speakers encouraged to apply as it might not be necessary. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Pay: $400-$600 per month depending on hours worked and workflow.
