You will be the first voice for people calling a growing law firm. Your job is to turn inquiries into scheduled consults, and to do it with empathy, speed, and discipline. This is a sales role. You will be measured. You will be coached. High performers grow quickly here. What you will do You will answer inbound calls and lead the conversation with confidence and care. You will call leads back fast and follow up until the next step is booked or the file is properly closed. You will explain our process, set expectations, and schedule qualified meetings. You will document every interaction in our CRM, clearly and immediately. You will protect the client experience by staying calm, professional, and precise, especially in emotional situations. What GREAT looks like in this role? You respond fast. You do not let leads sit. You control the call without sounding pushy. You ask the right questions, then you guide the next step. You follow the process every time. Your notes are clean. Your calendar is organized. You hit targets consistently. Who we want? You have real phone sales experience or you have clear proof you can persuade, build trust, and close. You speak professional English and Spanish, with strong listening skills in both. You are organized, consistent, and you do not need supervision to perform. You like standards, feedback, and scoreboards. You can work US Eastern hours reliably. You have a quiet home office, stable internet, and a professional headset. Tech you will use: CRM and case management tools, plus Microsoft Office. If you have used Keap (Infusionsoft), Monday.com, Clio, or similar systems, that helps, but we will train the right person. Why this is a strong role for the right person?
