Apply to positions directly through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and BuiltIn. Customize and upload provided resumes and cover letters for each application. Maintain a daily tracking sheet of jobs applied to, including company, role title, date submitted, and platform. Notify me of any responses or interview requests. Conduct light correspondence if needed (using templates I provide). Requirements Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in online job application/recruiting tasks. Excellent written English and attention to detail. Familiarity with major job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle personal information responsibly.
