  • We are expanding our People team and are looking for a driven, organized, and engaging Recruiter who can spark excitement about eJam while helping us scale world-class teams—across creative, marketing, operations, supply chain, customer experience, data, and leadership roles.
  • Role Overview
  • The Recruiter will be the first line of defense for talent entering eJam.

Your core responsibilities include

  • Running high-volume outbound recruiting (primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Building email drip campaigns and multi-step outreach sequences
  • Conducting initial interviews for all roles
  • Collaborating daily with the People Operations Lead & HR Coordinator
  • Preparing weekly recruitment reports (outbound activity, inbound pipeline, interview metrics, candidate flow)

Escalating recruitment blockers, including

  • Delayed hiring-manager reviews
  • Unclear role scopes
  • Missing or delayed test assignments
  • Low pipeline volume
  • Providing market insights to improve recruitment speed, quality, and efficiency

Acting as a talent ambassador, confidently selling

  • A confident communicator with excellent English; Spanish is a strong plus

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Assertive in pushing for candidate reviews, test assignments, and hiring momentum
  • Skilled in outbound sourcing and comfortable managing multiple pipelines at once
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience in recruiting OR outbound sales is a strong advantage
