- We are expanding our People team and are looking for a driven, organized, and engaging Recruiter who can spark excitement about eJam while helping us scale world-class teams—across creative, marketing, operations, supply chain, customer experience, data, and leadership roles.
- Role Overview
- The Recruiter will be the first line of defense for talent entering eJam.
Your core responsibilities include
- Running high-volume outbound recruiting (primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Building email drip campaigns and multi-step outreach sequences
- Conducting initial interviews for all roles
- Collaborating daily with the People Operations Lead & HR Coordinator
- Preparing weekly recruitment reports (outbound activity, inbound pipeline, interview metrics, candidate flow)
Escalating recruitment blockers, including
- Delayed hiring-manager reviews
- Unclear role scopes
- Missing or delayed test assignments
- Low pipeline volume
- Providing market insights to improve recruitment speed, quality, and efficiency
Acting as a talent ambassador, confidently selling

- Ensuring efficient communication throughout the hiring funnel
- Owning top-of-funnel hiring processes end-to-end
- A confident communicator with excellent English; Spanish is a strong plus
- Engaging, friendly, and able to spark excitement about eJam and its opportunities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Assertive in pushing for candidate reviews, test assignments, and hiring momentum
- Skilled in outbound sourcing and comfortable managing multiple pipelines at once
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience in recruiting OR outbound sales is a strong advantage
