Video Editor (Remote, Full-Time) Company: Staffify Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Location: Remote Working Hours: EST Internet Requirement: Minimum 400/400 Mbps Compensation: Listed separately in this posting About the Role Staffify is hiring a skilled Video Editor to support multiple creative partners across real estate and commercial media. This role requires strong technical execution, clean pacing, and consistency. You’ll be working within established standards and workflows to produce high-quality edits at a professional pace. This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for editors who understand quality control, modern editing techniques, and how to deliver polished work consistently. Responsibilities Edit up to 4 short-form videos per day or 2 long-form videos per day Execute smooth speed ramps with proper stabilization Create clean, tasteful 2D and 3D text animations Apply professional color correction and grading Maintain consistent white balance and exposure across all clips Follow clear export and delivery guidelines Communicate clearly and meet deadlines reliably Requirements Proven experience as a professional Video Editor Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and storytelling flow Ability to follow detailed creative standards and feedback Excellent written English and clear communication Reliable availability during EST working hours Minimum 400/400 Mbps internet speed A relevant portfolio demonstrating editing quality is required Test Project Qualified candidates will be asked to complete a short paid test project through Upwork as part of the evaluation process.
