• What you’ll do
• Make high-volume outbound calls to property owners to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
• Drive conversations with confidence, gather key property details, and quickly qualify whether an opportunity fits our criteria.
• Build rapport with owners to generate consistent off-market deal flow.
• Research target markets, identify priority properties, and source accurate ownership information.
• Track outreach activity, maintain organized lead pipelines, and deliver clear opportunity summaries to the acquisitions team.
• What We’re Looking For
• Extensive phone experience — cold calling experience required; strong presence, confidence, and resilience.
• Real estate background — acquisitions, brokerage, or related experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent English — fluent verbal and written communication. Comfortable partnering daily with US teams.
• High-energy, proactive mindset with the ability to navigate conversations toward actionable next steps.
