Lead Manager Job Description About Us: Highland Homebuyers is a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in buying and selling investment properties in Dallas-Fort Worth. We’re expanding our team with a driven and detail-oriented Lead Manager to help manage incoming leads, improve follow-up processes, and increase our conversion rate from marketing to deals. This is a virtual position with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Job Description: As a Lead Manager, you will be the first point of contact for incoming leads and a critical part of our acquisitions team. Your role is to qualify, nurture, and follow up with leads consistently, ensuring that no opportunities fall through the cracks. You’ll be responsible for keeping our CRM updated, communicating clearly with sellers, and setting appointments for our acquisitions reps. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and great with people. Responsibilities: Lead Management: Respond promptly to new leads via phone, text, or email. Pre-qualify leads based on Equity, Motivation, Ownership, Timeline, and Actionability Build rapport with sellers and gather important property and situational details. Maintain and update lead records in our CRM (REsimpli) with notes and next steps. Assign leads to the acquisitions team when appropriate. Manage and organize follow-up sequences using SMS, email, and calls. Track KPIs and lead flow to ensure no leads go untouched. Seller Communication: Follow up daily with leads in your pipeline to build trust and move them closer to a decision. Be a reliable and empathetic point of contact for sellers throughout the sales process. Ask strategic, consultative questions to uncover seller pain points. Coordinate appointment scheduling between sellers and acquisitions reps. Administrative Support: Help manage and clean up data inside the CRM. Collaborate with the acquisitions team to improve pipeline movement. Provide reports and updates on lead status and performance. Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales operations. Qualifications: Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must be comfortable on the phone). Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up habits. Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with REsimpli, Aircall, and other CRM tools is a plus. Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and tasks in a remote environment. High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
