  • We’re hiring a Project Manager who is comfortable owning ongoing client engagements in a retainer-based agency environment. This is a mid-senior to senior role for someone who combines operational discipline with a strong sense of ownership, client confidence, and a growth mindset.
  • This is a remote, full-time position focused on managing active ecommerce clients over time, ensuring steady progress, clear communication, and real impact month after month.
  • What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Lead day-to-day delivery across multiple Shopify and Klaviyo client retainers, ensuring work is prioritized, executed, and aligned with growth goals
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and long-term partnerships
  • Run weekly client meetings, setting agendas, aligning priorities, and turning discussions into clear action plans
  • Share consistent weekly updates covering progress, wins, risks, and upcoming focus areas
  • Maintain and evolve client roadmaps that balance immediate needs with longer-term objectives
  • Track and maintain client dashboards to provide visibility into delivery and performance
  • Coordinate internal teams (strategy, marketing, design, development, QA) to ensure high-quality execution
  • Lead internal standups to align teams on timelines, dependencies, and priorities
  • Identify risks, scope issues, or resourcing constraints early and resolve them proactively
  • Manage budgets, hours, and resourcing using tools like Harvest, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Ensure work is properly QA’d before delivery and feedback loops run smoothly
  • Keep documentation, notes, and plans organized to support continuity and clarity

  • 3+ years of project management experience within a digital agency setting, ideally supporting ecommerce or retention-focused clients
  • Demonstrated experience managing ongoing client retainers, not exclusively fixed-scope or short-term engagements
  • Working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo, with an understanding of how these platforms support ecommerce growth
  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading client conversations clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple clients, priorities, and moving parts simultaneously
  • Experience managing budgets, hours, and resourcing with accountability
