El puesto estará ubicado en Colombia en un modelo híbrido. Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y otras tareas pueden ser asignadas: Creación de pacientes de acuerdo con la entrega del equipo Asignar diariamente los pacientes en bitácora sean nuevos o reformulados Mensualmente actualizar información para (Power BI) de Diabetes para la revisión con comerciales y gerente Asignación y revisión de transmisores reformulados Estar pendiente de las ordenes de Mandee cuando se venzan por presupuesto o tiempo (cargarlas en Ariba) Proporciona apoyo a proyectos o programas a un grupo funcional o proceso empresarial. Supervisa el estado de los programas, proyectos y sistemas, así como los presupuestos y calendarios Aplica sus conocimientos y experiencia en las operaciones de la empresa para ayudar en el desarrollo, la implementación y la administración de las directrices y procedimientos de los programas y sistemas Recopila y compila información para informes Proporciona apoyo técnico, que puede incluir formación sobre programas y sistemas, documentación sobre programas y sistemas, extracción de datos, revisión de datos, seguimiento y codificación Requisitos mínimos necesarios: Carrera universitaria concluida Contar con al menos 1 año de experiencia en áreas administrativas, clínicas o comerciales, idealmente en programación de pacientes. Manejo intermedio de Excel Ideal: manejo de Salesforce, SAP, Ariba y Power BI Sería bueno contar con un nivel de inglés avanzado Este puesto es una oportunidad fascinante para trabajar en la unidad de negocio de Diabetes de Medtronic.
