  • We are looking for a Product Owner Manager (L5), a senior individual contributor responsible for translating business needs into actionable product requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment across engineering, design, QA, and stakeholder teams. With 5–8 years of experience, this role blends customer-centric problem solving with strong delivery execution, ensuring that high‑quality features and enhancements are delivered predictably.
  • You will define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize competing demands; and partner closely with engineering managers, TPMs, UX, and Solution Architecture to deliver outcomes that drive measurable value. This role requires structured thinking, strong communication, and an ownership mindset that connects strategy to execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, refined, and aligned to organizational goals.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Partner with engineering leads and Solution Architecture to validate technical feasibility and sequence work effectively.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure accurate understanding of user needs.
  • Drive continuous discovery with customers and internal teams to validate assumptions and identify improvements.
  • Define success metrics, track product performance, and ensure delivery aligns with KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Prepare clear documentation and stakeholder updates regarding roadmap progress, risks, and upcoming priorities.
  • Maintain strong feedback loops with engineering, QA, design, and operations teams to improve product quality and user experience.
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for assigned product areas and support cross‑team alignment.
  • Qualifications

Required qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent role in software delivery.
  • Strong proficiency writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a product or major feature set end‑to‑end.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical design, sequencing, and delivery alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken) to communicate effectively across global teams.

Preferred experience

  • Experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or regulated environments such as Life Sciences, healthcare, or medical devices.
  • Exposure to AI/ML‑enabled products, data products, or agent‑based workflows.
  • Familiarity with UX research, wireframing tools, and service design best practices.
  • Experience supporting pre‑sales discovery, estimation, and SOW shaping.
  • Certifications in product or Agile delivery (CSPO, APM, PMI‑ACP, SAFe PM/PO).
