- We are looking for a Product Management Manager (L5) is an emerging people leader and delivery-focused product strategist responsible for driving product vision, backlog execution, customer value realization, and cross-functional alignment. With 5–8 years of experience, this role manages one primary product team and delivers outcomes through structured roadmapping, discovery, and iterative execution.
- You will translate business objectives into actionable product requirements, prioritize competing demands, guide Agile delivery teams, and ensure product readiness across engineering, design, QA, and customer-facing groups. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on product ownership, ensuring that what we build truly moves the needle for clients and end users.
Core Responsibilities
- Define product vision and translate business objectives into clear, actionable roadmaps and increments.
- Own backlog management, prioritization frameworks, dependency mapping, and cross-team alignment.
- Lead end-to-end product development for a specific product or module, including discovery, requirements, acceptance criteria, and value tracking.
- Drive Agile rituals with engineering managers, technical leads, TPMs, designers, and QA to ensure predictable delivery.
- Work closely with Solution Architecture to validate technical feasibility, sequence complex work, and remove delivery blockers.
- Partner with Growth and Client Delivery teams to shape statements of work, discovery findings, estimates, and outcome definitions.
- Measure business impact using KPIs, adoption metrics, customer feedback, and delivery health indicators.
- Prepare executive-ready reporting on roadmap progress, risks, opportunities, and product performance.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure feedback loops and alignment.
- Mentor associate-level product owners and uplift team product practices, documentation quality, and decision rigor.
- Qualifications
Required qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or software delivery roles.
- Demonstrated ownership of at least one product or major feature area with measurable customer and business impact.
- Strong proficiency in defining epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical designs, architecture trade-offs, and sequencing.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, iterative delivery, and continuous discovery.
- Ability to create structured product documentation including PRDs, roadmaps, sequencing plans, and value hypotheses.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with ability to simplify complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken) to communicate effectively across global teams.
Preferred experience
- Experience in software consulting, enterprise SaaS, or regulated industries (Life Sciences, healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing).
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product development, data products, or agentic systems.
- Experience participating in pre-sales cycles, requirements workshops, and SOW shaping.
- Familiarity with enterprise UX patterns, service design, and user research practices.
- Certifications related to product or Agile delivery (CSPO, APM, ICP, or similar).

- Capabilities and limitations of modern AI/LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
