The Role Pricing Analyst Position Summary The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing pricing strategies for the LATAM region. The role ensures price competitiveness, supports revenue growth, strengthens margin performance, and provides high-quality data analysis that enables informed business decisions. Position Scope This position plays a critical role in commercial decision-making, profitability, and customer satisfaction. It collaborates closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and broader business objectives. While the role is primarily focused on LATAM, it reports into a global organization and provides flexibility to support other regions as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop pricing strategies aligned with corporate objectives, market conditions, and customer expectations to support profitable growth. Monitor and analyze price performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks. Track achievement of objectives and KPIs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of pricing decisions. Collaborate with Marketing to integrate competitive intelligence and market insights into LATAM pricing strategy. Provide financial and business analyses to influence decision-making related to margins, customer health, and product profitability. Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring accurate and accessible information for stakeholders. Support the sales team by preparing price proposals, commercial quotations, and profitability scenarios. Ensure governance of pricing processes, following corporate standards, documentation protocols, and approval workflows. Generate customer quotations, helping to automate recurring pricing scenarios to improve speed and accuracy. Other duties as may be assigned Education & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Complementary training in data analysis, business intelligence, or finance is desirable. Experience: General professional experience: Minimum 1–3 years. Experience in pricing, analytics, commercial planning, or financial analysis preferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Talents Technical Knowledge: Strong analytical capabilities. Knowledge of pricing models, margin calculations, and cost-to-serve concepts. Market analysis and competitive benchmarking. Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI. Experience with databases, reporting tools, and data visualization systems. Languages: Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish.
