Role & Responsibilities: The Portfolio Governance Manager will provide support to the GSF Leadership Team and will drive end-to-end governance of the GSF transformation portfolio: orchestrating the weekly portfolio review cadence, stewarding tollgate/stage gate controls, maintaining a secure repository of portfolio artifacts, and triaging new work through the OneGSF intake process. The role is expected to have broad business knowledge to understand financial implications from business decisions and operates across regions and partners closely with SDI (Solutions, Deployments & Integration) leadership and process leads. Core responsibilities include: Maintain portfolio governance artifacts and enforce access controls while running weekly GSF Portfolio Review ceremonies: agenda, pre-reads, facilitation, and timely minutes Lead financial consolidation of Global projects. Scope includes financial and FTE tracking, and financial/benefits reviews with senior leaders. It will require strong financial business acumen to be able to connect with multiple internal and external sources such as internal Finance, and implementation partners. The role has high exposure to senior management, requires high influence skills and presentation skills Integrate AARs (After Action Reviews) into our portfolio discussions to embrace a continuous improvement mindset and make meaningful changes that will benefit GSF decision making process and maintain strategic relevance Steward tollgate readiness and approvals; maintain decision logs and action trackers. Consolidate portfolio reporting for leadership with risks, issues, and decisions Promote, guide and maintain OneGSF intake process for new projects inclusion and formalization Coordinating with SDI leaders and domain portfolio governance leads new projects discussions Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards for restricted materials Demonstrate Leadership Imperatives: Connect, Shape, and Deliver while utilizing metric driven insights to drive value towards addressing unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, international business, Finance, Engineering, Communications or related is required MBA or another equivalent is preferred A minimum of 6 years of business experience in multinational companies, Project Management, Financial Planning and or related experience is required Relevant systems skills such as Microsoft Office, Power BI / Tableau are preferred Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and strategic mindset are required Experience in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously This role may require up to 10% travel Advance English level The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
