We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer who can manage, optimize, and scale campaigns for e-commerce and affiliate marketing offers. This role requires someone who can move fast, troubleshoot issues independently, and make strategic decisions based on real data. 🔥 Responsibilities Campaign Management & Optimization • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (primary) and Bing/Meta (secondary) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. • Monitor pacing, spend, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion trends daily. • Adjust bids, budgets, and campaign structures to continuously improve results. • Affiliate & Offer Performance Management • Manage full performance for assigned verticals—ensuring accurate tracking, strong landing page quality, and consistent promo alignment. • Verify that all tracking pixels, events, and partner integrations function correctly; troubleshoot issues immediately. • Audit affiliate landing pages to confirm promo accuracy, technical functionality, and compliance. Data Analysis & Strategy • Review search term reports and refine targeting around high-intent keywords and product categories. • Identify performance anomalies early before they impact revenue. • Communicate issues, data gaps, or optimization opportunities to leadership proactively. • Collaborate with the VP of Digital Marketing to test new strategies and scale winning campaigns. ⭐ You’re a Strong Fit If You Have: • 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience (preferably in e-commerce or affiliate marketing). • A proven track record managing performance-driven campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta. • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and affiliate attribution models. • Experience optimizing product feeds, landing pages, promo rotations, and funnel flows. • Strong analytical ability—you make decisions based on data, not guesses. • Familiarity with affiliate networks and direct-response marketing.
