Job Description (Copy/Paste Below) We are looking for an experienced Paylocity Learning (LMS) Specialist to help build complete training programs inside our Paylocity platform. This includes uploading videos, creating quizzes, building learning paths, adding SOPs, and organizing structured training modules for multiple job roles within our company. This role requires direct experience working inside Paylocity Learning—not just generic LMS experience. What You Will Do Build structured courses and learning paths for specific job roles Upload videos, PDFs, checklists, SOPs, quizzes, and certificates Recreate and format our training materials inside Paylocity Learning Create interactive quizzes and assessments inside Paylocity Set up progression rules, prerequisites, and tracking Ensure all modules are user-friendly and mobile-compatible Provide recommendations to improve flow, structure, or engagement Required Experience To apply, you must have: ✔ Hands-on experience with Paylocity Learning (not optional) ✔ Ability to upload and organize training content ✔ Experience building SCORM or LMS-based training modules ✔ Strong instructional design or LMS administration background ✔ Excellent English and communication skills ✔ Located in the Western Hemisphere (North, South, or Central America) Nice to Have Experience converting SOPs or manuals into course content Experience with hospitality or operations training Ability to standardize formatting and training templates About the Project We are creating complete training programs across multiple roles, including: Kitchen positions (Cooks 1–3, Sous Chef, Chef) Driver & Brand Ambassador Logistics / Expo / QA Coordinator Supervisors & Managers Guest Services roles Training content is already developed. Your primary responsibility is to build it properly inside Paylocity so our team can access organized, professional learning paths. The initial project is expected to take 1–3 months, with potential ongoing work as we expand our training library.
