  • Role Overview
  • We are seeking a results-driven Partner & Channel Development Manager to develop and execute a scalable partner strategy that drives growth for our application and software development services. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing partner ecosystem, recruiting new channel, alliance, and referral partners, and ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing engagement to generate new business opportunities and revenue.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a partner and channel strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Identify target markets, industries, and ideal partner profiles
  • Design, launch, and manage a structured partner program for channel, alliance, and referral partners
  • Create clear value propositions, incentive models, and engagement frameworks for partners
  • Lead partner onboarding processes to ensure readiness and alignment
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to enable partner success
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications and escalations
  • Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
  • Continuously refine the partner program based on performance data, partner feedback, and market trends
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in partner development, channel management, alliances, or business development within the technology or software services sector
  • Strong understanding of application development and software development services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute strategic programs with measurable results
  • Experience with CRM platforms and partner management tools is advantageous
