- Role Overview
- We are seeking a results-driven Partner & Channel Development Manager to develop and execute a scalable partner strategy that drives growth for our application and software development services. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing partner ecosystem, recruiting new channel, alliance, and referral partners, and ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing engagement to generate new business opportunities and revenue.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partner and channel strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Identify target markets, industries, and ideal partner profiles
- Design, launch, and manage a structured partner program for channel, alliance, and referral partners
- Create clear value propositions, incentive models, and engagement frameworks for partners
- Lead partner onboarding processes to ensure readiness and alignment
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to enable partner success
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications and escalations
- Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
- Continuously refine the partner program based on performance data, partner feedback, and market trends
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in partner development, channel management, alliances, or business development within the technology or software services sector
- Strong understanding of application development and software development services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute strategic programs with measurable results
- Experience with CRM platforms and partner management tools is advantageous

- Number of new partners onboarded per quarter
- Revenue generated through partner channels
