Description Executive coach seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (~10 hours per week). The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. Professionalism and excellent written and spoken American English are essential. Applicants must have availability that overlaps at least 3 hours with Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday through Friday, between 10am–5pm, to allow for real-time communication and collaboration. Fluent Written and Spoken American English, PST Overlap Required Responsibilities: Research trends, topics, methodologies, clients, and prospects Create, format, and generate content in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Create, manage, and organize data in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, charts) Produce polished business documents, presentations, and formatted content to professional standards Format newsletters and sequences on marketing automation platforms (ConvertKit, Mailchimp) Format newsletters and notes on Substack Social media content creation (written and visual) Design support using Canva and PowerPoint Required Skills & Tools: Fluency in American English (written and spoken) Strong Canva and PowerPoint skills Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Ability to generate and format professional documents, presentations, and posts Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be available for frequent communication during agreed-upon hours overlapping 10am–5pm PST Nice to Have: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Please include the following in your application: Resume or CV Link to an online portfolio or samples of prior work A short writing sample (must be your own original content, not AI-generated) Confirmation of weekly availability overlapping PST hours Hourly rate
