We’re an early-stage, bootstrapped startup building Livit, a curated lifestyle marketplace launching in Dubai. We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Manager who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with AI-assisted workflows. This is not a strategy role. You’ll be executing content using: -Pre-designed Instagram templates -AI-generated captions (via Blaze.ai / ChatGPT) -Clear brand guidelines and examples If you enjoy clean systems, consistency, and execution — this role is for you. ______________________________________________________________ What you’ll be doing -Turning AI-generated captions into polished social posts -Adapting captions slightly per platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) -Applying captions to existing templates (minimal design work required) -Scheduling posts via Meta Business Suite or similar -Basic hashtag research -Flagging anything that feels off-brand or unclear ________________________________________________________________ What you won’t be doing -No growth guarantees -No community management (for now) -No strategy decks ________________________________________________________________ Platforms -Instagram (primary) -TikTok -Facebook ________________________________________________________________ Volume ~24–30 posts per month -Ongoing monthly work ________________________________________________________________ Requirements -Must-have -Experience managing Instagram, TikTok and Facebook for a brand -Comfortable working with AI-generated content -Strong written English -Organised, reliable, and deadline-driven Nice-to-have -Startup or early-stage brand experience -Familiarity with Blaze.ai, ChatGPT, Canva, or similar tools -Experience repurposing content across platforms ________________________________________________________________ How to apply (IMPORTANT) Please include: -Examples of social accounts you’ve managed -A brief explanation of how you’d use AI tools in your workflow
