I’m a producer/filmmaker looking for someone to help maintain a consistent and intentional digital presence — not hype, not trends, just steady storytelling and visibility aligned with the work. This includes personal and company social platforms, plus occasional small website updates. The tone is calm, grounded, and cinematic. If you understand film culture, creative community, or the indie filmmaking ecosystem, that’s a plus. Responsibilities: Brainstorm approach to social strategy Develop a lightweight monthly digital strategy Post 3x per week (Instagram primarily) Write captions that feel human and authentic Engage meaningfully within the film/creative space (follows, comments, connection) Light website updates when needed (copy or project additions) Ideal Fit: Collaborative and creative Familiar with film, storytelling, or creative communities Can work independently once the rhythm is set Prefers intentional presence over algorithms and noise Understands tone, narrative voice, and audience alignment ___ I prefer collaboration that feels steady, clear, and human. I don’t need constant messages or rapid-fire updates — just consistency and communication that’s intentional rather than frantic. I work best with people who: take ownership of their part of the work communicate early if something shifts or needs clarification value quality, tone, and alignment over speed or volume Once the rhythm is set, I’m hands-off. I like to trust the person I’m working with to think, execute, and bring their creative instinct to the table. Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins are enough — just enough structure to stay aligned, without turning the process into management overhead. If something feels unclear, incomplete, or off-tone, I prefer someone ask rather than guess. Direct communication is welcome — short, honest, and frictionless. Above all, I respect time and bandwidth — both mine and yours — and I appreciate the same in return.
