Description Looking for a part-time bookkeeper to support our small business ~15 hrs/month. The first month or two may be a little heavier while you help us get caught up, but after that the workload should settle into a steady rhythm. We need someone who’s confident working independently and doesn’t need step-by-step instructions. If you know your way around QuickBooks, Excel, and small business bookkeeping, this should be a good fit. Responsibilities Manage and code entries in QuickBooks Handle expense reports and timesheets (biggest part of role) Prepare and send 2–3 customer invoices with timecard support Book accruals and prepaid amortizations Produce accurate monthly financials for tax prep (you won’t file returns, just prep info) Light vendor communication if needed Requirements Strong QuickBooks and Excel experience Comfortable with accruals, prepaids, and financial statements Experience supporting S-Corp bookkeeping for tax prep Independent, detail-oriented, reliable To apply, please answer these questions: Tell us about a bookkeeping challenge you solved on your own.
