Full Stack Media Buyer ---------------------------- Buildwise Media helps service-based businesses scale using AI-powered marketing, ads, and content systems. We design and run revenue engines that actually move the needle. We are looking for a Full Stack Media Buyer who understands the intersection of paid traffic, conversion strategy, and creative testing — someone who can turn budgets into predictable growth. This isn’t a “push buttons in Ads Manager” role. This is a strategic operator role. What You’ll Do ----------------- * Build, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns with elite-level signal understanding * Deploy high-intent Google campaigns (brand search, retargeting, quick-win RSAs) * Run structured creative testing cycles: hooks → formats → angles → copy → landing pages * Diagnose funnel issues and recommend structural conversion improvements * Interpret data, spot weak signals instantly, and create solutions (not excuses) * Collaborate with creative teams to produce winning ads and iterate toward breakthroughs * Deliver clear weekly reports and Loom insights that show what happened and what you’re doing next What You Already Know 1. Meta Ads Mastery —------------------------- * Deep understanding of Meta signal flow (pixel, CAPI, aggregated events, event prioritization) * Able to identify signal issues in under 2 minutes * Writes creative briefs that make strong ads inevitable * Understands offer psychology, thumbstop behavior, and pattern interrupts * Can design complete creative test architectures 2. Google Ads Capability (strong bonus) —--------------------------------------------------- * High-intent campaigns (brand search, local services, RLSA) * RSA framework, quality score, and keyword strategy * Ability to deploy quick wins and simple retargeting flows 3. Funnel + Landing Page Literacy —------------------------------------------- * Understands conversion architecture end-to-end * Diagnoses friction across form fields, CTAs, structure, messaging alignment * Comfortable advising our team on structural changes * Knows how ad → landing page → CRM must align to convert 4. Analytics + Attribution —------------------------------ * Proficient in GA4 * Strong UTM discipline across multi-channel systems * Can troubleshoot Meta Ads Manager issues quickly * Comfortable with pixel events, CAPI, dedupe logic * Explains attribution windows clearly and simply 5. Communication + Reporting —------------------------------------- * Clear, proactive communication * Weekly Loom summaries with actionable insights * Can translate data into next steps * Works collaboratively with creative, dev, and content teams 6.
