Overnight Order Accuracy & POD Verification Assistant (Excel, QuickBooks, Samsara) Long-Term | Overnight Shift | Accuracy-Focused | 20–40 hrs/week We are a fast-growing catering and logistics company that operates 24/7. We are hiring a highly detail-oriented Overnight Assistant to help verify orders, check PODs (Proof of Delivery), support routing accuracy in Samsara, and ensure our morning operations team starts the day with clean, accurate information. This is NOT phone-based customer service. This is a precision, accuracy, operations support role. If you enjoy structured work, checking details, spreadsheets, and catching mistakes before anyone else sees them — you’ll thrive in this position. ⭐ Responsibilities 🔹 POD (Proof of Delivery) Accuracy Verification Compare completed PODs against customer orders: Match quantities, versions, and item descriptions Confirm all components are listed correctly Identify missing items or inconsistencies Flag deviations for the operations team Update POD logs in Excel or Google Sheets This requires excellent attention to detail. 🔹 Order Quality Control & Accuracy Checks Review next-day orders for correctness Confirm versions (V1, V2, V3, etc.) Validate customer instructions, notes, and special requests Identify potential issues before production begins Cross-check order numbers and formatting 🔹 Routing & Logistics Support (Samsara) Assist with adding or updating routes in Samsara Verify correct driver assignments Ensure order numbers and delivery notes match Help maintain consistent routing logic Flag routing errors or duplicate entries (Experience in Samsara is a plus — training will be provided.) 🔹 QuickBooks Support (Basic Data Entry) Enter order references Assist correcting discrepancies Update logs or add missing information Ensure accuracy when referencing customer orders You do NOT need bookkeeping experience — this is simple structured data entry. 🔹 Administrative Tasks Update Excel-based POD records Maintain accuracy checklists Organize digital files and documentation Follow SOPs and daily workflow procedures Communicate any discrepancies clearly ⭐ Ideal Candidate You must be: Highly detail-oriented Excellent with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) Comfortable doing repetitive accuracy checks Able to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable during overnight hours Comfortable learning systems like Samsara and QuickBooks Strong in written English Committed to long-term work ⭐ Preferred Experience (Not Required) Quality control or accuracy verification Order processing or logistics support Data entry in operations or dispatch environments Experience with Samsara, GPS/routing, or fleet platforms Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, filters, sorting, etc.) QuickBooks Online familiarity We will train the right person on all internal workflows. ⭐ Work Schedule Overnight shift (your local time or U.S. time equivalent) Must be available 5–6 nights/week 20–40 hours per week Long-term, stable position This role supports the operations team before the morning shift begins. ⭐ Compensation $8.00 – $14.00 USD per hour (Depending on experience and speed/accuracy.)
