We’re hiring experienced outbound SDRs to join a performance-driven agency working with U.S. car dealerships. This is not a casual cold-calling gig. It’s a structured, full-time role for SDRs who want consistency, coaching, and long-term growth. About Us Metta Dealers is a results-focused marketing agency helping car dealerships generate real appointments that show and convert into car sales. We combine personalized advertising, structured follow-up, AI, and proven sales systems. Our SDRs are held to clear standards — and rewarded for hitting them. The Role Your primary responsibility is to book qualified demo calls with dealership decision-makers. Daily expectations: - 100+ outbound calls - 2–3 qualified demos booked per day - Accurate CRM updates -Following scripts, talk tracks, and process -Participation in weekly training and feedback This role is activity and performance based. Compensation: Base pay equivalent: ~$12,000 year Uncapped commission OTE: $35k–$55,000+ Consistent workload and long-term opportunity for top performers (Exact structure discussed during interview based on experience and location.)
