🚀 About Us We are a rapidly scaling e-commerce company operating in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space with multiple brands under our umbrella. Our business model is agile, leveraging both trending product cycles and sustainable brand development. We operate across key functions including product research, media buying, content creation, customer service, store development, fulfillment, and client relationship management. We are now looking for a world-class Operations Manager to join our leadership team and take charge of our day-to-day execution and team coordination. 🧩 The Role As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the central hub ensuring each part of our e-commerce machine runs smoothly and in harmony. This is not a role for someone looking to “learn the ropes”—we’re looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in dropshipping and e-commerce operations. ✅ Key Responsibilities Team Oversight & Leadership Manage and coordinate a diverse team including product researchers, media buyers, video editors, customer service reps, developers, and fulfillment partners. Oversee task execution, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain accountability across departments. Client Communication & Management Act as the primary point of contact with our clients. Maintain positive relationships with daily check-ins, performance reporting, and feedback loops. Operational Flow & SOP Management Ensure all processes follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Improve and optimize existing workflows for maximum efficiency and results. Full-Spectrum E-Commerce Operations Own the full lifecycle of product deployment—from research and creative development to launch and scale. Liaise between paid media, content, product, tech, and logistics teams to execute quickly and effectively. 🧠 Requirements Full-stack e-commerce experience (especially in dropshipping). You must understand every part of the e-com puzzle—from finding winning products to scaling them profitably. Previous experience managing remote e-commerce teams. Confident, clear, and personable communication—you’ll be interfacing daily with high-value clients. Fluent English speaker with a polished and professional presentation style. System-driven mindset—must be able to follow SOPs, build workflows, and implement structure. Sharp problem solver who thrives under pressure and doesn’t need hand-holding.
