Are you highly organized, proactive, and energized by supporting a growing company from the inside while learning operations, systems, content, coordination, and leadership along the way? We’re hiring an Operations Virtual Assistant to join Monarch Rising, with the long-term intention of growing into an Operations Manager and becoming part of our Core Leadership Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. You’ll start as a generalist, supporting multiple areas of the business. You don’t need to be an expert on day one — but you do need to be deeply detail-oriented, reliable, eager to learn, and genuinely excited about growing with us long term. - What You’ll Do (Initial Responsibilities) • Support operations & systems: document SOPs, organize files, maintain structure across internal tools. • Support Cold Calling Department: support cold calling operations ( setup dialer, data, KPIs), • Create content: design posts, flyers, and reels in Canva/CapCut; write captions and emails; upload campaigns in Flodesk. • SOP Creation: turn recorded sessions into clear SOPs, assist with onboarding steps. - What You’ll Do Later (added gradually after Training & Mastery) • Basic P&L updates: tracking income/expenses and keeping records organized • Payroll for the team (twice a month) • Leading internal workflows and small projects • Taking ownership of recurring operational processes • Becoming a key operator who helps shape the future of the business You are not expected to know how to do these on day one.
