Role Overview We’re looking for a mid-level Marketing Manager to own day-to-day campaign execution across: - Social media (X/Twitter, LinkedIn; plus Telegram/Discord coordination) - IRL presence at conferences, hackathons, and meetups - KOL / influencer / community activations - Paid ads / performance campaigns - Partnerships & co-marketing - Light events coordination (side events, talks, workshops) You’ll work closely with the CMO, VP of Marketing, and advisors to turn strategy into concrete campaigns, content calendars, and measurable results. This is a doer role. Requirements - Location: Based in Latin America, working mostly on US/EU-friendly hours. - Experience: 2–4+ years in marketing roles (agency or in-house), preferably in fintech, Deep tech, cybersecurity, B2B SaaS with technical audiences. - Hands-on experience with running social media for tech or Web3 projects (X/Twitter + LinkedIn); supporting paid campaigns (briefs, setup, monitoring, basic optimization); coordinating partnerships and/or KOL campaigns. - Comfortable turning technical topics (infra, security, cryptography, dev tools) into clear, compelling messaging (with guidance from the team). - Strong written and spoken English. - Portuguese as a native/near-native is a plus. - Highly organized: you can manage calendars, deadlines, and multiple small campaigns at once. - Data-aware: you track numbers and adjust based on what’s working (ads, social, events, partnerships).
