Description: We are a full-service marketing firm, looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on work across multiple marketing channels, including campaign execution, ads, and client support. Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels. - Create and manage ads for social media, Google, and other digital platforms. - Support content creation for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and client-facing materials. - Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. - Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms for campaigns - Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies. - Collaborate with the team on brainstorming and executing creative initiatives. Requirements: - Proven marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Must be available to work full-time during Central Time hours. - Comfortable learning new marketing tools and adapting to client needs quickly.
