We combine high-level craftsmanship with exceptional client service to restore vessels to their best condition. We are a growing company looking for proactive, organized team members who are excited to learn and grow with us. Role Overview We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee client relationships and coordinate restoration and maintenance projects from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact for yacht owners, ensuring clear communication, project progress, and an excellent client experience. No previous marine knowledge is required — we will train you — but you must be a fast learner and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for clients to provide updates and support. Build strong, trust-based client relationships to encourage repeat business. Coordinate schedules and progress between clients, marine technicians, and suppliers. Track project status, timelines, deliverables, and documentation. Prepare estimates, work orders, invoices, and follow-ups. Identify opportunities to upsell services or recommend additional care packages. Represent the Sail Onyx brand with professionalism and attention to detail. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in account management, sales, operations, or client success. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn industry concepts quickly — curiosity and initiative are key. Experience working with U.S. clients is a strong plus.
