Lead Manager – Remote (SMS & Pre-Qualification) Location: Remote Compensation: $1,000 monthly base (full-time) + performance incentives Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Contract Type: Long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity About the Opportunity We are a profitable, family-owned real estate investment company specializing in purchasing and reselling land across multiple U.S. markets. Our lead flow is generated primarily through cold texting and outbound outreach, and our systems are already built and running. We are hiring a Lead Manager whose sole responsibility is to manage conversations, qualify interest, and hand off warm leads to our Acquisitions Manager. This is not a closing role. This is not a negotiating role. This is a conversation management and qualification role. Your job ends when a qualified appointment is booked. Key Responsibilities • Manage inbound and outbound SMS conversations using Go High Level • Monitor and work within automated outreach workflows • Work alongside CloseBot for AI-assisted SMS conversations • Respond to seller replies promptly, professionally, and accurately • Identify interested or motivated sellers through text conversations • Conduct short 10-minute pre-qualification calls with interested sellers • Gather key property and motivation details during pre-qual calls • Schedule qualified sellers directly onto the Acquisitions Manager’s calendar • Maintain clean, accurate notes and lead status updates inside CRM systems • Ensure no interested lead falls through the cracks Closing and negotiation are handled by our Acquisitions Manager. Required Experience & Skills (Non-Negotiable) • Strong working knowledge of Go High Level (GHL) • Familiarity with CloseBot or similar AI-assisted SMS tools • Clear, neutral-to-strong American accent with professional phone presence • Excellent written English for SMS conversations • Comfortable handling live calls with U.S.-based sellers • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and system-driven • Reliable internet connection and quiet call environment Real estate experience is helpful but not required. Systems discipline and communication quality matter more.
