Our products include ground-up construction loans, fix-and-flip loans, bridge loans, and investment property purchase and refinance loans. We pride ourselves on speed, professionalism, and exceptional client service. We are seeking a Junior Mortgage Loan Processor to support our growing pipeline of investor clients. This role involves direct communication with new and existing borrowers, collection of documentation, preparation of term sheets, and assistance throughout the underwriting and closing process. Responsibilities Act as a warm, professional, and reliable point of contact for borrowers, real estate agents, attorneys, and internal partners. Communicate clearly and fluently in English with clients from diverse backgrounds. Collect, organize, and review borrower documentation for both purchase and refinance transactions. Assist in preparing loan files for underwriting and help coordinate the satisfaction of all conditions through closing. Provide timely updates to borrowers and stakeholders regarding loan status, outstanding requirements, and next steps. Prepare and issue term sheets to borrowers based on program requirements and loan scenarios. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation complies with company guidelines. Required Qualifications 1–2 years of mortgage processing experience, preferably in Non-QM or investment lending (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to stay organized while managing multiple loan files simultaneously. High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
