- We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Squad Leader to lead and empower a cross-functional team of professionals with our international client from the automotive sector!
- The Squad Leader will play a key role in achieving our organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in project delivery.
Responsibilities
- - Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, designers, and other specialists.
- - Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the squad.
- - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- - Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- - Use metrics and data-driven insights to improve team performance and product delivery.
- - Ensure best practices in software development, testing, and deployment are followed.
- - Encourage continuous learning and knowledge sharing among team members.
- - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status and challenges.
- - Foster strong relationships with other squads and departments to ensure alignment and support.
Requirements
- - Great English communication
- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- - Proven experience in a leadership role within an agile environment
- - Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- - Proficiency in project management tools and software development technologies
- - Experience with tools like ADO and others relevant to agile practices.
