Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Support fragrance development projects by assisting in compounding and evaluation of formulas. Collaborate with perfumers and fragrance evaluators to prepare samples for customer presentations. Maintain accurate records of formulations and raw material usage in internal systems. Assist in organizing and managing fragrance libraries and sample inventories. Participate in sensory evaluations and data collection for fragrance performance tests. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the laboratory. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Scent division. Provide administrative support for project documentation and reporting. What Makes You the Right Fit Currently enrolled in ISIPCA or a similar fragrance-related program. Basic knowledge of fragrance ingredients and compounding techniques. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. How Would You Stand Out? Previous internship or hands-on experience in fragrance or cosmetic formulation. Familiarity with fragrance evaluation methods and sensory testing.
