- Schedule: Full-time, 7am-3pm, CT time, M-F

- Position Overview: We're hiring an innovative, data-obsessed Inventory and Finance Operations Manager who will be mastering inventory and cash flow management for efficient, profitable operations. This behind-the-scenes role suits a detail-oriented expert in Amazon FBA logistics, Excel, and automation, who thrives on optimizing processes. You'll handle everything from POs to pricing, aiming for high sell-through and 8+ inventory turns to minimize costs and maximize cash flow. While not managing a team initially, you'll collaborate with the founder to evaluate needs for expansion. - Key Responsibilities
- Lead inventory planning to achieve 100% in-stock rates, analyzing trends to place optimal POs and manage the full lifecycle for high sell-through.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners and monitor Amazon inbound shipments for timely, efficient processing.
- Optimize cash flow through expert management of inventory-related cycles.
- Develop and update pricing strategies in repricing tools, aligning with profitable targets and brand goals.
- Create financial performance dashboards in collaboration with the Brand Manager, using tools like Sellerboard and Excel.
- Innovate operational automations to streamline ordering, restocking, and monitoring processes.
- Work with accounting teams on inventory matters, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years in inventory management, finance operations, or supply chain for e-commerce (Amazon FBA experience required).
- Expertise in Excel, Sellerboard, repricing systems, and data analysis for trends, forecasts, and cash conversion cycles.
- Strong operational background in POs, 3PL coordination, and automation tools for efficiency.
- Understanding of financial metrics like inventory turns (target: 8+ per year), margins, and pricing strategies.
