Job Title International Education Sales Advisor – UK & USA Job Description Sales Representative – UK & USA Market 🌍✈️ Kaplan International is looking for highly motivated Bilingual Sales Advisors who are eager to grow their careers in a dynamic, multicultural, and performance-driven environment. In this role, you will advise prospective students from North America and Europe via phone and email, helping them choose the English study program abroad that best fits their academic and personal goals. Your work will have a direct impact on students’ life-changing decisions and will strengthen Kaplan’s position as a global leader in international education. What you’ll do 💼📞 Provide personalized sales advice to qualified prospects (no cold calling). Guide students through program options, destinations, and enrollment processes. Manage leads and sales opportunities using Salesforce and internal platforms. Consistently meet and exceed individual, market, and company KPIs. Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to enrollment. What we’re looking for ✅ At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role. Fluent English (B2+ or higher). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification. Strong interest in travel, education, and language learning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-focused skills. Results-oriented mindset and motivation to grow in sales.
