  • Position Overview
  • Kaseya is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to build and lead all HR functions for our operations in Medellín, Colombia. This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about establishing best-in-class HR practices that support business objectives and foster a vibrant company culture.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • HR Department Development: Establish and structure the HR function for Kaseya in the Medellín region, including designing processes, policies, and procedures compliant with Colombian labor laws and Kaseya’s global standards.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top talent, manage the interview and selection process, and oversee onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Mediate conflict resolution and ensure fair treatment across the organization.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, coaching managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and professional development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs in line with local market practices and Kaseya’s policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Colombian labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Maintain all employee records and company policies accordingly.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions and report regularly to regional and global leadership.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion Kaseya’s values and contribute to building a strong, engaged, and high-performing team in Medellín.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity; experience in building HR functions from the ground up is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in the technology sector or a fast-growing multinational company is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive initiatives to completion.
